Heather Stewart
REALTOR®

Heather has a proven track record of satisfied clients. She is highly qualified with over 19 years of experience in residential resale, new construction, rural property, acreage and investment properties. Her experiences have increased her knowledge immensely in this field.   As a result, she is competent in a wide range of specialties, such as relocation, military moves, listing, buyer agency, first-time homebuyers, move-up buyers and seniors. Real estate is not merely a hobby for Heather; it is a passion that she dedicates the full force of her professional time and energy to. She is constantly striving to learn more, by regularly attending seminars and workshops to ensure her customers receive the top care they deserve and have come to expect from her.  Heather became a licensed real estate agent with Farm & Home Realty in Emporia, KS in 1997, while still a junior in college. This initial encounter with the profession served as reinforcement that it was a profession she wanted to pursue further.   A year later, she graduated with a bachelor's degree in Finance with an emphasis in Real Estate from Emporia State University. Utilizing her background and skillset, she has been an active force in the real estate field ever since.

Upon graduation, Heather became a licensed assistant to Norma Safely, a Top 10 producer, at Plaza Real Estate in Wichita. While working with Norma, Heather continued to actively list and sell homes and in 2010, she experienced the realization of her dream as she branched out on her own and began working independently.  Since then she has been in the Top 10 of her company and now has an established team that has been in the Top 3 Sales teams for Coldwell Banker Plaza Real Estate for the past few years. Real Estate is a valuable specialty.  Heather is proud to be a part of its esteemed ranks of practicing professionals.  Her approach to the business is to not act as an agent driving for a sale, but rather to serve as a guide for her clients, helping them to navigate their way through the many nuances of the process. This translates into the level of care and service she provides to each customer, often leaving a transaction feeling that she has not only acquired a new customer but a friend as well.

When not involved with clients or the community, Heather enjoys spending time with her family and friends.  She and her husband, Tom, have five children together and they are all avid Denver Broncos football fans.  Out and about, you might find Heather and Tom active in their church, playing volleyball or cheering on their children in various sporting events.  An ideal end to a busy day for Heather is to relax and unwind with a good book.  Heather describes herself as a dedicated, happy, and fortunate individual and she brings that positivity and commitment to everything she undertakes.
